Quobis click to call works in various environments. Add a call button to your website using our ready-to-use iFrame, make your own integration in your app using our various dedicated SDKs or add a sign to your product so customers can call you by scanning a QR code.
Information of the caller can be added via URL or SIP Header so you can automate decisions. If your user is logged in you can retrieve that information and let your agent know, if a customer is calling from a country specific site you can send that call to a specific IVR.
