EvaluAgent's app allows you to import contacts that have taken place within Talkdesk, in to the EvaluAgent platform ready for evaluation or you can choose to Auto QA (if you have signed up to our Analytics package). You can use our powerful Work Queues feature to automatically assign evaluations to your Evaluation team, or you can utilise our Auto-QA functionality. This allows you to automate compliance checks and evaluate every call, chat and ticket Aagainst your own measures of success with the power of EvaluAgent and Artificial Intelligence combined.
